Data We Collect

When you use the inquiry form, the website prepares an email in your own mail client. The form is not submitted to a server by this website. If you send the email, we receive the details included in it: name, email address, company name if provided, service interest, message content, and normal email metadata. Hosting providers may also process technical logs such as IP address, timestamp, user agent, and requested URL for security and delivery.

Legal Basis

We process inquiry emails under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for pre-contract communication and Article 6(1)(f) for legitimate interests such as responding to business inquiries, protecting the website, preventing abuse, and maintaining records of communication.

Data Retention

Inquiry emails are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, dispute, or contract reasons. Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider's operational policy.

Emails are sent from the visitor's own mail client and received by the mailbox configured for ivntechlabs; the current inquiry address shown by the site is vladi.j.ivanov@gmail.com. Domain email is configured through Zoho Mail EU DNS records, but this policy should be updated if the public mailbox changes.
