Data Controller
The controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website is IVN Tech Labs Ltd., ul. Zheko Voyvoda 8, Sofia, Bulgaria, company registration number (EIK) 208800195, VAT number BG208800195. ivntechlabs is the trade name under which this entity operates. For any data protection matter, you can contact us at legal@ivntechlabs.com.
Data We Collect
When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to our server and processed in order to deliver them to us by email. We receive the information you provide – your name, email address, company name (if given), the service you are interested in, and your message. Our hosting and email providers also process technical data needed to deliver and secure the request, such as your IP address, a timestamp, your browser user agent, and the requested URL. We do not ask for, and do not intentionally collect, special categories of personal data; please do not include sensitive information in your message.
Legal Basis
We process your inquiry under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, keeping a record of our communication, and protecting the website against abuse). Where we use functional cookies that are not strictly necessary, we do so on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a).
Data Retention
We keep inquiry messages for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, contractual, or dispute-related reasons, after which they are deleted. Technical logs held by our hosting and email providers are retained for shorter periods in line with those providers' standard policies.
Your Rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data and to its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, as well as the right to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, contact legal@ivntechlabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, cpdp.bg) – or with the authority in your country of residence.
Cookies
This website uses only functional cookies that are necessary to remember your choices. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. The cookies we set are: cookie_consent (stores your response to the cookie notice), lang_suggested (records that we have offered you a language suggestion), and lang_active (remembers the language you selected). Each is stored for up to 12 months and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Third Parties
We rely on a small number of processors to run the website and handle inquiries: the website and contact endpoint are hosted on Railway (server infrastructure), and inquiry emails are delivered through Resend (a transactional email provider). These providers process your data only to provide their services to us and under their respective data processing terms. Our domain email is configured through Zoho Mail (EU). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Contact
For questions about this policy, or to make a data protection request, contact us at legal@ivntechlabs.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
International Transfers
Some of our providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States (for example, our email provider). Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We can provide further information about these safeguards on request.
Required Data
Providing your details is voluntary, but we need at least your name, email address, and a message in order to respond. There is no statutory obligation to provide this data, and the only consequence of not providing it is that we cannot reply to your inquiry. This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
No Automated Decisions
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
